Overview

Airwallex is a global financial technology platform that enables businesses to operate across borders and markets without the constraints of the traditional financial system.

Setup​

Airwallex provides a self-service sign-up for both test and live accounts. To get started, visit the Airwallex sign-up page and create your account.

Credentials​

To set up credentials for Airwallex, you'll need to access your Airwallex Dashboard and navigate to Developers -> API Keys. You'll need the following credentials:

  • Client ID - This is your unique identifier for API access. You can find this in your Dashboard under Developers -> API Keys -> Client ID.
  • API Key - This is your secret key for API authentication. You can find this in your Dashboard under Developers -> API Keys -> API Key.
  • Webhook Secret - This is used to verify webhook signatures. You can find this in your Dashboard under Developers -> Webhooks -> Signing Secret.

Webhook Configuration​

Configure webhooks in your Airwallex Dashboard under Developers -> Webhooks. Add the following endpoint:

https://api.efundpay.com/webhooks/airwallex

Make sure to select the following events:

  • payment.succeeded
  • payment.failed
  • payment.cancelled
  • refund.succeeded
